Not weird, per se, but just made me go "hmmm."
Dad and angie told me that BOTB is not necessarily a "for sure" thing yet, at least till they find out if it's age-appropriate.
Umm, helloooo?? Matt and his friends are in, and technically they're a slight bit younger than me. (except Jake, who is, as I learned, two days older than me.) Why would a sixteen-year-old not be allowed to see it?
And they're also not huge on me going with someone I "barely know."
I talk to Lauryn every day. She's like the only person I really trust so far. She's basically my best friend, and I "barely know" her. But while they're not huge on it, they still say it's a possibility.
Talked to my mom today, apparently Tian (my baby brother, a year and a half old) has acquired a particularly large vocabulary in the last two weeks. That's pretty cool.
And mom has a facebook now, BEWARE! No, I'm kidding. But be watchful. If she add me, she'll probably like, raid my friendslist to see if my friends are okay people or something.
But that's okay.
xDee (weirdedout)
ps. She also has a myspace. awkward. and she had me make it for her.
BOTB..Battle of the Bands? I love Battle of the Bands, I went to my first one when I was 12, Reece's various bands used to play in a load.
ReplyDeleteAww. My brother just turned three, and he has this massive vocabluary (he keeps telling me that 'Michael Jackson ees dead!"), he has real pronunciation problems. We have private health care, and the development nurse reccomended that he be put into speech therapy. He's been on the list for about a year now, and only had one session - it's insane, and this is private health care.
yes, Battle of the Bands.
ReplyDeleteMichael Jackson ees dead?
that's depressing.
but strangely amusing, in those words... well, that pronunciation.
